Like Craig said in the current movie, "Do I look like I care?" (when asked about how he wanted his Martini) :) So long as the movie delivers, which, in my opinion, CR did (except for the lovey dovey mushy part where I was watching behind bars (Modoathii '06)), I will continue watching Bond. I must say I enjoyed this one kabisa, tension filled in a very sawa way. Again, there was one scene where I could have lived bila the visual, and I'm sure all men will agree with me on that one (does the term cruel and unusual punishment ring a bell?).

I'll put my money on sean Connery. This reminds me of long running feud between and one my pals back in the day. We would argue who was the best bond I would stick with Sean, considering that he was not a professional actor and was a milkman. But the reality was that i had watched more of Sean's films than Roger's. If we to revisit that question again, I'll stick with the immediate former incumbent: Pierce Brosnan. In other news, I heard somewhere Craig is missing like a qaurter of his middle finger after a minor home accident! To quaote him and egm: "Do I look like I care?"!!

@egm: Haven't watched craig's performance yet. Will make a point to do and comment.

I would say connery too, i havent see the most latest bond, some how after watching maimi vice and getting bored vibaya i have choosed to stay away from action packed male drama no pun intended.

@egm ati cruel unusual pano? lol by the by was the pano intended? from what i hear such panos give the movie a twist.

id say sean connery but each brought in their own james bond..as in even roger moore was very elegant...and Pierce was definitely the 90's bond

the 3 of them have ade jaes bond unlike what has been done to batman

DonQ, yup, cruel and unusual punishment. Bond was being tortured. And the mode of torture I must say was original. I have to give props to the guy doing it, cause I have never seen it before. And yes, every man will cringe when they see that scene. But Bond's reaction to it was just too funny.

@CT Apparently Cubby Brocolli is quoted as saying he thought Lazenby would have been the best Bond had he not quit after OHMSS. He had been slated to do more, but he walked out after that movie stating Bond was not going to last. There's this site that has all things Bond.

If you go to the page that shows the 6 Bonds, I noticed that Pierce resembles Roger to some extent, as does Daniel to Sean (facial structure in both cases). There's this quote from the site I like: Q: How many Bond fans does it take to change a light bulb?
A: One. But ten to complain how much better the original was…!

I can't wait to go see the new Bond movie. I understand there is hitting cinemas here soon. Will comment about Craig's perfomance as Bond after i do. There is nothing like the best Bond. Each individual takes it and creates his own image of Bond, each regarded as an individual, yet part of a collective, all in the interest of maintaing an image of a non ageing character. Can you imagine akina Connery still acting as Bond?

    dudes and dudelettes,

to be honest i've never given a hoot's arse about bond flicks, but now...eish!

i watched the new bond yesterday and why lie? my take is this is the best. to me. craig's delivery is brilliant. he gives it a totally new different and exciting edge. well yes, every bond indeed has his style, but i like craig's best. (bado nina-recover, sijui niseme) i've never enjoyed a bond like this. all those cliches have been relegated to the back bench.

i'm behaving and feeling like a toi with new toys.

i'm watching it again. have to. it's off the hook!
